Privacy Policy

QuickScale Media ("QuickScale," "we," "us," or "our") helps home-service businesses generate leads through Facebook & Instagram advertising and in-house content creation. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect through quickscalem.com and our lead forms, how we use it, and the choices you have. By using this site or submitting a form, you agree to this Policy.

Information we collect

When you submit our strategy-call form, we collect the information you provide: your name, business name, phone number, email address, and — if you check the optional box — your consent to receive SMS messages. We also record the date/time of your submission, the page you submitted from, and basic marketing attribution (such as UTM parameters and ad click identifiers) so we can understand which campaign referred you.

We automatically collect limited technical data through analytics tools, including IP address, device/browser type, pages viewed, and referring URLs.

How we use your information

  • To respond to your request and schedule your free strategy call;
  • To provide, operate, and improve our services and this website;
  • To measure and optimize our marketing and advertising (including our own ad campaigns);
  • To send you SMS messages about your inquiry, only if you opted in (see "SMS messaging" below);
  • To comply with legal obligations and protect against fraud or abuse.

SMS messaging

If you opt in to SMS, you agree to receive text messages from QuickScale Media related to your inquiry. Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to unsubscribe at any time, or HELP for help. Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Consent to receive marketing texts is not a condition of any purchase. We retain a record of your consent (the disclosure shown, the time, and your submission details) as required to operate the program.

Cookies & analytics

We use analytics and advertising technologies — which may include Google Analytics and the Meta (Facebook) Pixel — to understand site usage and measure ad performance. These tools may set cookies or similar identifiers. You can control cookies through your browser settings; disabling them may affect site functionality.

How we share information

We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with service providers who help us operate (for example, our database/hosting provider, email/SMS delivery providers, and analytics/advertising platforms), and only as needed to perform those services, or when required by law.

Data retention & security

We keep your information for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and for legitimate business or legal purposes, then delete or de-identify it. We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your information, though no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure.

Your choices & rights

You may request access to, correction of, or deletion of your personal information, and you may opt out of marketing communications at any time. To make a request, contact us at hello@quickscalem.com. We will respond consistent with applicable law.

Children's privacy

This site is intended for business owners and is not directed to children under 16. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this Policy from time to time. The "Last updated" date above reflects the latest version.
